Qualifications

• Eight years of directly related full-time experience or a Bachelor's degree with four years of full-time experience in related functions.
• Combination of relevant education, experience, and certifications may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates planning and implementation of SLCE events and initiatives, including logistics, outreach, and administrative needs in collaboration with campus partners.
• Coordinates marketing and design efforts with university marketing to plan, develop, and update promotional materials and outreach for attendance and engagement goals.
• Plans and assists with events, workshops, meetings, and trainings, including recruitment of volunteers and space reservations.
• Manages office budget and serves as a point of contact for office purchasing.
• Coordinates outreach and promotions to engage students, faculty, staff, and community partners for SLCE events.
• Collects post-event feedback and provides data-driven recommendations for future planning and program improvement.
