Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and implementation of SLCE events, including logistics, volunteers, outreach, and admin needs.
• Develop and coordinate marketing materials with university marketing teams.
• Assist with budget management and office purchasing.
• Engage with community partners to support SLCE events.
• Collect post-event data and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain organized digital archives of materials.
