Responsibilities

• Provide leadership oversight to analytic teams and drive operational excellence.
• Monitor service performance, SLAs, KPIs, and quality targets.
• Engage with customer leadership and participate in executive meetings.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent disruptions.
• Support contract compliance, auditing, and reporting.
