Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Business Development Manager required.
• LEED, CEM, BEP, Sandler Silver and/or Energy Star certifications preferred.
• Must demonstrate strong negotiation and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes, prepares and executes business development action plans for specific targets.
• Develops and presents service agreement proposals to customers and fosters client relationships.
• Participates in trade shows, conferences, and events to expand knowledge and network with stakeholders.
• Utilizes CRM to manage customer data and follow-up processes.
• Leads turnover meetings and guides less experienced team members.
