Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking a Sensitive Activities Planner to support a high-impact program focused on irregular warfare and operational planning. You will develop operations concepts, coordinate across combatant commands, and ensure security and mission alignment while delivering executive briefs and strategic documentation.

Ideal candidates bring TS clearance with SCI eligibility, extensive military planning experience, and demonstrated ability to briefing senior decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years of experience planning and synchronizing sensitive activities and related disciplines
• 3 years in a J3X, J2X, STO/SAP planning cell or similar organization
• 7+ years of experience with military planning processes and campaigns

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and synchronize sensitive activities aligned to campaign objectives and guidance
• Develop concepts of operation and annexes for irregular warfare, OIE, CI, HUMINT, SR, and other compartmented activities
• Facilitate senior meetings and planning sessions to enable decision-making
• Ensure adherence to information protection and security requirements
• Develop measures of performance to evaluate activity outcomes
• Coordinate with IC, DoD, interagency, allies and partners for de-confliction and oversight
• Produce briefs and documentation supporting governance and execution
• Perform network or nodal analysis to inform targeting and planning
