Job summary

Alamar Biosciences is seeking a Senior Recruiter to act as a strategic talent partner during a period of rapid growth. You will lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions, with a focus on expanding the commercial organization while continuing to recruit scientific, technical, operational, and corporate roles.

The ideal candidate will advise executives on talent market dynamics, design scalable processes, and drive searches from intake through offer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple functions.
• Experience recruiting for commercial, technical, scientific, and corporate positions.
• Experience supporting high-growth organizations and managing significant hiring volume.
• Strong consultative partnership skills with managers and business leaders.
• Ability to balance strategic workforce planning with day-to-day recruiting execution.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and recruiting analytics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive and functional leaders to translate workforce plans into recruiting strategies.
• Advise hiring managers on talent availability, market conditions, compensation positioning, and candidate assessment.
• Develop proactive talent acquisition plans aligned with hiring goals.
• Build pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
• Lead recruiting for expanding commercial organization across geographies.
• Manage end-to-end recruiting across functions and provide a positive candidate experience.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and provide market insights to leadership.
