Job summary

NVR, Inc. is seeking a Senior Corporate Recruiter to help build strong pipelines for complex, niche roles across our corporate teams.

You’ll partner with senior leaders and Corporate HR to advise on hiring strategies and deliver talent that fuels growth for Ryan Homes, NVHomes, and Heartland Homes. You will develop proactive sourcing strategies, manage multiple searches, and guide candidates through offers and onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition on day one.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.
• Experience managing a varied requisition load across multiple functions.
• Strong sourcing expertise including Boolean search and talent mapping.
• Experience creating personalized outreach strategies and employer branding content.
• Ability to influence leaders using market insight and recruiting data.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to prioritize and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Agency or corporate recruiting experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for niche, specialized roles across multiple business functions.
• Build diverse candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, talent mapping, networking, referrals, and other channels.
• Partner with senior leaders and HR to understand business needs and shape go-to-market strategies.
• Conduct thoughtful candidate assessments and present clear, well-supported recommendations to hiring teams.
• Manage multiple searches simultaneously with urgency, accuracy, and a strong candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS throughout recruitment.
• Guide candidates through offer, background, and onboarding steps.
