Job summary

AHEAD is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex technical projects in the United States. You will manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and risks, mentoring junior staff and serving as the main knowledge point for programs.

You will interface with clients and internal teams, coordinate vendor activities, support presales, and ensure delivery quality aligned with organizational goals. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• PMP or PgMP preferred.
• 10+ years of project management experience leading complex projects.
• Experience with data center migrations, consolidation, and build-outs.
• Strong technical knowledge of Dell, VMware, Rubrik, NetApp.
• Ability to manage medium to high risk, high complexity, visible projects.
• Strategic mindset aligning projects with organizational goals.
• Excellent communication, leadership and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of technical projects from initiation through delivery.
• Ensure service delivery success and customer satisfaction through project management.
• Develop, define, and execute project plans, scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Identify resources, assign main project roles, and monitor work of the project team.
• Interface with clients on technical matters and manage risks and issues.
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to meet goals within schedule and budget.
• Oversee employees assigned to projects and evaluate personnel.
• Utilize Ahead systems (PSA, Smartsheet) to maintain project data.
• Assist in presales activities including OA, SOWs and customer presentations.
