Job summary

AHEAD is seeking a Project Manager to join the Modern Data Center team, focusing on infrastructure projects. The role involves driving customer projects, maturing PMO processes, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

You will develop project plans, manage budgets, and foster strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for additional services. The position offers growth in a rapidly expanding team and a culture that values diversity

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of technical projects from initiation through delivery.
• Ensure service delivery success and customer satisfaction through effective project management.
• Manage incidents and communicate with clients.
• Collaborate with Senior/Program Managers and provide regular status updates.
• Use Ahead systems and tools to keep project information up to date.
• Assist in developing SOWs and customer presentations.
• Develop customer relationships and identify additional sales opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer success and drive outcomes.
• Define and execute project plans, scope, activities, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Distribute project status reports to internal and client teams.
• Coordinate activities among project team members, internal departments, and vendors to meet goals on time and within budget.
• Manage risks, issues, and progress to achieve deadlines and quality.
• Conduct project closure activities to formalize acceptance and handover.
