Job summary

NationsBenefits, LLC is seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive operational execution across our Data & Analytics organization. This role will establish and manage the operating framework enabling analytics, data engineering, and platform teams to execute against business priorities with strong governance and visibility.

Reporting to the VP of Data & Analytics, the role combines strategic guidance with hands-on leadership to ensure commitments, risks, dependencies, and decisions remain visible

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program management or related roles with cross-functional ownership.
• Experience in fast-moving, technically complex organizations.
• Experience with data, analytics, software engineering, or tech platforms.
• Strong organizational and execution skills to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for reporting and leadership.
• Ability to influence outcomes without direct authority.
• Familiarity with project and portfolio management tools and metrics.
• Ability to translate leadership objectives into structured plans.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain an integrated Data & Analytics portfolio.
• Coordinate delivery across analytics, data engineering, platform engineering, product.
• Develop project plans, timelines, dependencies, resources.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks; drive resolution or escalation.
• Ensure priorities translate into actionable work with clear ownership.
• Establish operating cadence, reviews, and progress reporting.
• Monitor commitments and coordinate corrective actions.
• Provide executive-ready reporting and leadership updates.
• Manage intake, triage, and prioritization of work.
• Improve transparency of resources and delivery forecasts.
• Drive continuous improvement of operating processes.
