Job summary

General Mills is seeking a Sr. Manufacturing Process and Packaging Engineer (Sr. Systems Engineer) to provide technical leadership for packaging and processing systems.

You will lead continuous improvement, coach engineers, and partner with R&D, engineering and operations to optimize performance and product quality. The role emphasizes hands-on floor work, system investments advocacy, and financial impact communication for annual planning, with opportunities to influence site and platform level

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience.
Advanced data analysis capabilities.
Knowledge of manufacturing systems and unit operations.
Financial acumen to drive cost savings.
Demonstrated leadership in a collaborative environment.
