Old National Bank is seeking a Senior Counsel for Treasury Management and Banking to provide legal guidance across Treasury Management, Merchant Services, and Financial Institution teams. Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 10–15 years' experience practicing law in a legal department of a financial institution, or at a major law firm with such experience.
• Admitted to practice and in good standing with the bar of a state in our footprint; preference for IL, IN or MN.
• Ability to apply sound legal analysis and practical business judgment.
• Ability to consult with Bank management at all levels.

Aufgaben

• Provide legal support for Treasury Management, Merchant Services and Financial Institution Group teams, including research, advising on applicable laws, documentation and procedures.
• Draft, review and negotiate a variety of agreements and disclosures.
• Advise on product development, new payment technologies, and digital banking to ensure regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Coordinate with compliance, risk and operations to maintain policies and contract frameworks.
• Respond to inquiries from branches, help desk and operations with timely legal guidance.
• Monitor regulatory developments affecting banking and payment services and communicate implications.
