• 5+ years in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management
• Experience developing sourcing strategies and managing supplier portfolios
• Strong negotiation skills with proven cost savings
• Advanced understanding of supply chain dynamics and procurement best practices
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Excel/data analysis

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned categories to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance
• Manage strategic supplier relationships, including performance reviews and long-term agreements
• Lead complex negotiations for pricing, contracts, and terms to achieve cost savings
• Analyze market trends, pricing, and supplier capabilities to inform decisions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with planning, engineering, and operations for NPI and demand changes
• Monitor supplier performance metrics and drive corrective actions
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across procurement processes
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior buyers
• Support risk management including supplier diversification and contingency planning
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements
• Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
