Rantec Power Systems, Inc is seeking a Senior Buyer to manage procurement for our supply chain operations in Los Osos, California. This role involves planning and procuring materials based on MRP systems, managing supplier interfaces, and ensuring timely material availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of procurement experience in electronics manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read and extract relevant information from engineering drawings.
• Prior experience of product development and new product introduction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage supply chain to support development and production activities.
• Plan and procure materials using MRP systems.
• Maintain material availability information and communicate with suppliers.
• Assist in processing corrective actions dealing with supplier performance issues.
