Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review journal entries for tax accounts and reconciliations.
• Assist with quarterly estimated tax preparations and supporting documents.
• Assist in monthly ledger closing, including AP accruals and asset capitalization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting discrepancies and improve processes.
• Support audits by providing documentation and responding to inquiries.
• Maintain compliance with US GAAP/IFRS and SOX requirements.
• Assist in developing and implementing accounting policies and internal controls.
