Job summary

Lucent Health Solutions LLC in Nashville, TN seeks a Senior Corporate Accountant to support the corporate finance team with month-end close, reporting, and special projects. You will work closely with the Manager of Corporate Accounting and interact with a cross-functional team while applying GAAP, automating processes, and preparing internal/external packages.

Qualifications

• Public accounting background with CPA preferred.
• Strong GAAP and general ledger knowledge.
• Ability to analyze large datasets; SQL knowledge a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and formulas.
• NetSuite and Ramp experience is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organization and time management.
• Proactive self-starter who works independently and takes initiative.
• 3–5 years of accounting/finance experience.
• Bachelor’s or higher in Accounting/Finance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare month-end journal entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly internal and external financial reporting packages.
• Assist with annual financial statements, audits, and compliance.
• Prepare ad-hoc reporting as needed.
• Analyze underlying data to catch discrepancies, trends, and anomalies.
• Improve and automate processes leveraging AI tools to drive efficiency.
