Job summary

Vaco by Highspring in Hoboken, NJ, is seeking a Sr. Accounting Manager to lead A/P and A/R operations, optimize cash flow, and deliver multi-entity financial reporting.

You will advise executive leadership with data-driven insights on liquidity, risk, and GAAP compliance, including ASC 842 lease accounting and ERP integration. This role requires CPA/CMA and 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA or CMA designation preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proficiency in Sage Intacct and Sage 300.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and ASC 842 lease accounting experience.
• Knowledge of Visa Spend Clarity and ACH platforms.

Responsibilities

• Supervise A/P and A/R teams with KPIs and internal controls.
• Optimize cash sheets and forecasting for liquidity.
• Lead reconciliation and analysis of third-party contracts for accurate revenue sharing and invoicing.
• Own ASC 842 lease accounting schedules for real estate portfolio.
