Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or related field.
• Proven site-based procurement experience in manufacturing or project environments.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Good knowledge of procurement systems and MS Office.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced site environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Procure materials, equipment, and services per project requirements and timelines.
• Prepare, issue, and manage purchase orders in line with budgets and procedures.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and warehouse teams.
• Negotiate pricing and delivery terms with suppliers to obtain best value.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain procurement records and ensure regulatory compliance.
