Job summary

Sivers Semiconductors is seeking a proactive Project/Program Manager to lead cross-functional semiconductor development programs in Wireless, Photonics, and related areas. You will plan, manage and execute all aspects to meet goals on time, within budget and to specifications.

You will develop integrated project plans, coordinate teams across engineering, validation, firmware, manufacturing, quality, marketing, and sales; drive risks, milestones and governance; report status to executives; and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Semiconductor Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of project or program management experience in the semiconductor, electronics, photonics, wireless, or high-technology industry.
• Experience managing cross-functional product development projects through multiple development phases.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor product development lifecycles.
• Proven ability to manage complex technical programs involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Experience developing schedules, managing risks, and driving execution to critical milestones.

Responsibilities

• Lead semiconductor product development projects and strategic programs from concept through volume production ramps.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, resource plans, and milestone tracking; coordinate cross-functional teams such as device/process engineering, validation/test, firmware/software, manufacturing, quality, and marketing.
• Drive alignment across stakeholders to achieve objectives, timelines, and business goals; manage risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigations.
• Lead project reviews, executive status reporting, and stakeholder communications; manage client relationships and communication.
• Monitor key metrics: schedule adherence, budget, resource utilization, and milestones; prioritize and drive decisions across competing requirements.
• Facilitate cross-functional problem-solving to address bottlenecks; evolve project execution through PMO processes and governance.
