• Lead the Semiconductor planning organization for near-term and mid-term planning across U.S. and Korea plants.
• Foster a team culture focused on accountability, data-driven decisions, and cross-functional partnerships.
• Own the mid-term SiOP planning processes (12+ months) for the Semiconductor segment.
