Polar Semiconductor, Inc. is seeking a Buyer to source materials and negotiate pricing for our semiconductor manufacturing needs. The role involves managing the full purchase cycle, ensuring on-time deliveries, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize costs and quality.

The position requires in-person training with a hybrid schedule after training, and candidates should be comfortable working in Bloomington, MN with potential for some relocation or long-term hybrid work.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to negotiate and manage purchasing procedures.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing and applications preferred.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and perform under pressure.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• ERP experience is a plus.
