Job summary

Photronics is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead and expand strategic customer relationships within the Photomask semiconductor sector. You will develop account plans, drive revenue growth, and manage communications with fabs, IDMs, OSATs, OEMs, and suppliers.

Based on the role, you will work with the Regional Sales Manager to shape engagement strategies, oversee negotiations, and ensure proposals and contracts align with company objectives. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in semiconductor sales or account management.
• Experience with fabs, IDMs, OSATs or supplier companies.
• CRM experience (Salesforce or equivalent).
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow strategic customer accounts.
• Develop account plans, quarterly business reviews, and engagement strategies.
• Coordinate customer communications, proposals, and contract discussions.
• Lead sales cycles from opportunity identification through close.
• Forecast demand and maintain CRM accuracy.
• Collaborate with applications engineering, operations, and product management.
