Job summary

Photronics, a global leader in photomask technology, seeks a Senior Account Manager to manage and grow strategic customer accounts in the photomask semiconductor industry. You will develop account plans, conduct reviews, and drive engagement with fabs, IDMs, OSATs, OEMs, and suppliers.

Partner with regional sales to forecast demand, close cycles, and align solutions with product capabilities. Travel up to 50% to support customers and grow revenue for long-term success.

Qualifications

Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of semiconductor processes, technology trends, or advanced packaging.
Experience with pricing, contracts, and revenue forecasting.
Ability to translate complex customer requirements into solutions.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow assigned strategic customer accounts.
Develop account plans, quarterly business reviews, and engagement strategies.
Coordinate customer communications, proposals, and contract discussions.
Maintain relationships at multiple customer levels (engineering, procurement, management).
Forecast demand and manage CRM accuracy.
