Responsibilities

• Provide strategic consultation to mitigate physical and safety risks at local, regional and enterprise levels.
• Design, develop, and execute controls and programs to ensure security compliance across Capital One retail locations.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risk and respond to security incidents.
• Manage security projects and initiatives with internal and external stakeholders.
• Deploy and manage contract guard resources within the assigned area of responsibility.
• Review data to assess security trends and develop risk mitigation strategies.
