• Lead assigned security and fire projects from planning and estimating through delivery, commissioning, and closeout.
• Perform hardware design, system programming, installation coordination, and commissioning.
• Prepare cost estimates, schedules, and project management plans.
• Monitor project financial performance including cash flow, costs, and gross margin.
• Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, technicians, installers, designers, and management.
