Job summary

Securitas is seeking a Security Account Manager in Florida to oversee security services for an assigned account. You will coordinate staffing, supervision, training and client relations to ensure high-quality service and continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes leadership, budgeting, and compliance with company policies. Travel and on-site leadership are required to support client start-ups, assessments, and post orders.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree and 3 years of responsible experience in security industry and/or business management.
• Ability to pass company pre-employment screening, including background checks and drug screen.
• Must be 18 years of age, authorized to work in the United States, and fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key client contact to ensure high-quality service and resolve issues promptly.
• Meet with client representatives for status updates and support client start-up and planning.
• Oversee recruitment, training, development and retention of staff; supervise and coach.
• Assist in budget development for the assigned account.
• Ensure staff comply with laws, regulations and company policies.
• Authorize expenditures within contract scope and manage inventories and payroll records.
• Coordinate staffing schedules and inspect posts to verify directives are followed; control labor costs.
• Provide input to company initiatives and assist in resolving legal, financial and HR issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
