Qualifications

• Knowledge of securities lending plus financing/structuring concepts (collateral, balance sheet).
• Ability to translate micro market moves into client impact and clearly communicate to senior audiences.
• Experience in fast-moving environments where attention to detail and teamwork matter.

Responsibilities

• Trade securities lending and financing opportunities across asset classes to balance client objectives, risk, and revenue.
• Drive pricing and inventory strategy considering supply/demand, scarcity, and collateral economics.
• Originate and execute structured solutions with borrowers and clients (tenor, collateral, substitution).
• Convert client mandates into daily trading plans with targets and guardrails.
• Provide market commentary and insights to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Partner with Risk, Legal, Operations, Finance, and Technology for a scalable platform.
