Job summary

Leidos seeks a Sector Security Director to lead the Intelligence Sector's enterprise security organization in Reston, Virginia. You will envision security's contribution to strategic growth, align with DoD/IC regulatory frameworks, and advise Sector leadership on personnel security reform and facility reciprocity.

Responsibilities include directing security staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing threats, and guiding investigations and classifications.

Qualifications

• Broad practical experience across multiple security professional disciplines.
• Demonstrated mastery of executive-level briefings and management of large projects.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Experience supervising or leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Understand the vision and direction of the Intelligence Sector President; formulate, execute, and oversee plans and objectives to support that direction; integrate plans at the strategic and operational level.
• Lead, manage, and direct subordinate and matrixed security staff in support of Intelligence Sector business objectives.
• Develop innovative approaches to solve complex challenges while maintaining regulatory compliance.
• Actively manage threats to and vulnerabilities within the Intelligence Sector in conjunction with related programs.
• Implement guidance on security issues such as education, classification, investigations, and clearances.
• Direct the analysis of security breaches and remediation efforts.

Education

BA/BS degree and 12+ years of relevant experience
