Ionetix is seeking a Manager of SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting to lead financial reporting, SEC filings, and technical accounting initiatives. You will work with senior leadership on high-visibility projects and oversee the preparation of Form 10-Q and 10-K, ensuring GAAP compliance and accurate disclosures.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively throughout the organization.
• Meaningful public-company reporting experience, including hands-on involvement in the preparation of Forms 10-Q and 10-K and related financial statement disclosures.
• Ability to research, interpret, and apply accounting guidance to complex or unfamiliar transactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting, SEC reporting, and technical accounting initiatives.
• Prepare and file periodic SEC reports (Forms 10-Q and 10-K) and related disclosures.
• Governing GAAP, SEC requirements, and disclosures for financial statements and footnotes.
• Manage SEC reporting calendars, deliverables, and filing requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors and internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR).
• Support XBRL tagging and close activities, ensuring timely public-company reporting.
