Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a technical discipline.
• 7+ years of progressive scrum master/agile PM experience in an insurance environment.
• Proven track record as a scrum master on multiple software development projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more agile teams as scrum master and team member.
• Moderate sprint planning, daily standups, sprint demos, and retrospectives.
• Maintain a robust, prioritized backlog with the Product Manager/Owner.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and promote organizational initiative adoption.
• Escalate issues requiring executive attention and drive resolution.
• Balance workload to optimize project development and manage risk.
