Responsibilities

• Analyzes data pertaining to vehicle capacity, timing, road systems, and safety concerns to develop school bus routes and schedules.
• Establishes and monitors bus routes, including special programs; adjusts routes as necessary during the school year.
• Works with staff to resolve routing issues for all students, including those with special needs or in special programs.
• Uses routing and mapping software to plan routes and stops; maintains route information on the website and reports.
• Maintains records of routes, drivers, mileage, and daily reports; prepares monthly routing-related reports.
