Job summary

• Proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint; SAP or similar planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Uses demand/forecast/inventory data to improve availability, responsiveness, and customer experience.
• Releases and manages purchase order requirements and planning signals to support fill rate and productivity.
• Manages move-in/move-out, expediting, and scheduled orders to meet commitments.
• Applies structured problem-solving to resolve supplier and stock-out issues.
• Monitors KPIs like fill rate and inventory levels to identify trends and advise actions.
• Communicates priorities and aligns actions across Purchasing, Customer Care, Sales, Operations, and Logistics.
• Suggests planning system parameter changes and adapts to business needs.
