Job summary

Oneida ESC Group is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to work on-site at Volk Field ANGB in Wisconsin. The role supports diverse activities and requires the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.

Key duties include serving as the primary contact for visiting unit requests, developing the three-year training calendar, and managing TEAMS/SharePoint sites. You will lead a multifunctional scheduling team and coordinate with various units and departments.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative roles managing complex schedules and coordinating events.
• Proficiency with Microsoft TEAMS and SharePoint and related planning software.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and departments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for visiting unit training/event requests.
• Develop and maintain Volk Field visiting unit scheduling program and calendar.
• Update scheduling sites and planning software with high proficiency in TEAMS/SharePoint.
• Lead scheduling team, facilitate weekly meetings and coordinate with visiting units.
• Manage scheduling SOPs, POC listings, training timelines, and guidebooks.
