Job summary

You will drive safety, quality, and financial delivery while collaborating across SBUs to support the One Fisher Barton operating model.

The role requires 10+ years in operations/engineering or technical sales, strong leadership, and proven change leadership; Lean certification and an MBA are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in operations, engineering, or technical sales serving OEM or aftermarket customers.
• Lean manufacturing experience; Black Belt or Green Belt certification; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for the assigned Strategic Business Unit, including manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, customer service, quality, safety, and customer delivery.
• Develop and achieve operating, capital, revenue, and earnings budgets while delivering sales, profit, cost, inventory, productivity, and customer performance goals.
• Drive a unified SIOP process and ensure inventory is managed to budgeted levels.
• Sponsor Customer Focused Work Teams and ensure customer requirements are met through on-time delivery and high quality.
• Prepare monthly business performance reports for the Executive Leadership Team.
