Job summary

Westernacher Consulting seeks an experienced SAP TM Practice Director to lead and grow the Transportation Management practice, shaping delivery frameworks across regions and client programs.

You will drive end-to-end S/4HANA TM transformations, oversee solution architecture, and engage executive stakeholders to deliver projects on time and with tangible value. This leadership role requires global delivery experience and a focus on growth and client success.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of SAP experience with focus on SAP Transportation Management (TM).
• Proven track record leading TM implementations and transformations.
• Strong knowledge of S/4HANA logistics architecture with EWM/SD/MM/FICO integration.
• Experience in designing end-to-end supply chain and transportation solutions.
• Global delivery experience across multiple industries.
• SAP TM certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the SAP Transportation Management (TM) practice across regions/projects.
• Define practice strategy, solution offerings, and delivery frameworks for SAP TM.
• Drive end-to-end SAP TM implementation programs in S/4HANA environments.
• Provide solution architecture oversight for complex transportation and logistics processes.
• Engage with senior client stakeholders as a trusted advisor on logistics transformation.
• Lead presales activities including solution design, proposals, and client presentations.
• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing SAP TM consulting teams.
• Ensure successful project delivery with focus on quality, timelines, and value realization.
• Collaborate with other SAP practice areas (EWM, SD, MM, FICO) for integrated solutions.
• Drive innovation in transportation planning, execution, freight management, and optimization.
• Establish best practices, accelerators, and reusable assets for SAP TM delivery.
• Support business development and revenue growth targets for the practice.
