Qualifications

• Deep expertise in SAP TM processes including planning, execution, charge management, and freight settlement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the SAP Transportation Management (TM) practice across regions/projects.
• Define practice strategy, solution offerings, and delivery frameworks for SAP TM.
• Drive end-to-end SAP TM implementation programs in S/4HANA environments.
• Provide solution architecture oversight for complex transportation and logistics processes.
• Engage with senior client stakeholders as a trusted advisor on logistics transformation.
• Lead presales activities including solution design, proposals, and client presentations.
• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing SAP TM consulting teams.
• Ensure successful project delivery with focus on quality, timelines, and value realization.
• Collaborate with other SAP practice areas (EWM, SD, MM, FICO) for integrated supply chain solutions.
• Drive innovation in transportation planning, execution, freight management, and optimization.
• Establish best practices, accelerators, and reusable assets for SAP TM delivery.
• Support business development and revenue growth targets for the practice.

Westernacher Consulting is strengthening its SAP Supply Chain and Logistics capabilities to support global clients on large-scale S/4HANA transformation programs. We are seeking an experienced SAP TM Practice Director to lead and grow our Transportation Management practice, drive strategic client engagements, and shape our TM delivery and solution roadmap.

This role is pivotal in building practice capability, driving business growth, and delivering complex SAP TM transformation programs across industries.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the SAP Transportation Management (TM) practice across regions/projects
• Define practice strategy, solution offerings, and delivery frameworks for SAP TM
• Drive end-to-end SAP TM implementation programs in S/4HANA environments

Your Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on SAP Transportation Management (TM)
• Proven track record in leading SAP TM implementation and transformation programs
• Deep expertise in SAP TM processes including transportation planning, execution, charge management, and freight settlement
• Strong understanding of S/4HANA logistics architecture and integration with EWM, SD, MM, and FICO
• Experience in designing end-to-end supply chain and transportation solutions
• Strong presales experience including solutioning, proposals, and client workshops
• Proven leadership experience managing consulting teams and delivery unitsStrong client-facing and stakeholder management skills at executive level
• Ability to define practice strategy and drive business growth
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Experience in global delivery environments across multiple industries
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, IT, or related field
• SAP TM certification is highly desirable
