Job summary

Veriipro seeks an experienced SAP Transportation Management (TM) Principal Consultant/Solution Architect with 10+ years in configuring, deploying, and maintaining TMS solutions. Expertise in SAP S/4HANA TM, enterprise architecture, and technical leadership is required.

The role involves owning the technical architecture, leading TM configuration and deployment, and guiding cross-functional teams. Travel to distribution centers and plants will be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM/TMS) experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA TM.
• Expertise in SAP TM architecture, configuration, implementation, and deployment.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and solution design.
• Experience leading technical/project teams and managing stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, influencing, and consulting skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines, ambiguity, changing priorities, and complex initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall technical architecture and solution design for SAP S/4HANA TMS.
• Lead SAP TM configuration, implementation, deployment, integration, and production support.
• Define system scope, objectives, architecture strategies, standards, and technical solutions.
• Analyze business and user requirements and translate them into scalable SAP TM solutions.
• Manage complex TMS configurations and program routines.
• Lead testing, training, implementation, and ongoing support of TMS functional areas.
• Drive software delivery, continuous improvement, and adoption of industry best practices.
• Lead technical teams and provide guidance on development methods, processes, and implementation.
• Manage project scope, plans, risks, resources, and delivery milestones.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, developers, vendors, and external partners.
• Ensure SAP TM solutions align with long-term enterprise IT strategy.
• Work effectively within a matrix organization and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Periodically travel to distribution centers and plants to collaborate with business and technical teams.
