Mercedes-Benz USA is seeking a senior leader to drive business design and transformation initiatives for Parts Logistics and Logistics Center Operations. You will oversee SAP S/4HANA programs, leverage Paragon and SAP ECC expertise, and align operational requirements with future-state technology solutions.

You will partner with stakeholders, IT, and global teams to ensure scalable, standardized processes and successful program delivery across North American operations.

• Bachelor's Degree (accredited school) or equivalent work experience with emphasis on Business Management

Responsabilités

• Lead business process design and transformation initiatives for Parts Logistics and Logistics Center Operations.
• Serve as business design lead for SAP S/4HANA programs and future-state design.
• Coordinate cross-functional discussions with stakeholders, IT, and global teams.
• Develop and maintain enterprise transformation documentation and training materials.
• Support governance and organizational change management during transformations.
