Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Managing Consultant to lead supply chain transformation engagements focused on SAP S/4HANA-enabled modernization. You will bridge strategy, process, and technology to deliver value through end-to-end operating model design and roadmaps.

You will facilitate executive workshops, craft business cases, and collaborate with SAP teams to ensure solutions meet client goals across planning, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of consulting in supply chain transformation and enterprise transformation advisory.
• Experience with ERP-enabled transformation initiatives, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong ability to translate technology into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation roadmaps, target operating models, and program governance.
• Design business processes and operating models for end-to-end SCM transformations.
• Facilitate executive workshops and align stakeholders across business and IT.
• Advise on SAP S/4HANA and Digital Core modernization to enable measurable value.
• Develop business cases, capability maturity assessments, and implementation strategies.
• Collaborate with SAP and delivery teams to reflect business objectives in designs.
