Job summary

Mercedes-Benz USA is leading a global SAP S/4HANA transformation for Parts Logistics and Logistics Center Operations. The role requires deep process design expertise, strong SAP experience, and the ability to partner with IT, business stakeholders, and vendors to deliver scalable supply chain solutions.

You will guide requirements, design future-state processes, and manage testing, deployment, and organizational change.

Qualifications

3–7 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Parts Logistics, or related fields.
5+ years of SAP functional experience supporting logistics and warehouse operations.
Experience translating business requirements into scalable process and technology solutions.
Experience leading cross-functional projects and enterprise transformation initiatives.
Experience partnering with stakeholders, IT, and vendors on strategic outcomes.
Experience supporting ERP modernization and SAP S/4HANA transformations preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead business process design, system transformation, and continuous improvement for Parts Logistics.
Serve as business design lead for SAP S/4HANA programs, aligning ops with future-state tech.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and evaluate solution options.
Drive readiness, testing, deployment, and change management activities.
Present status and risks to leadership and ensure project alignment.
