Dycom Industries is seeking a Manager Release Management to lead the live SAP production environment from the West Palm Beach office. This salaried role oversees strategic release orchestration, CAB governance, and rigorous cutover and hypercare activities to ensure stable, compliant deployments.

The position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with business leaders and IT teams to align deployment windows with quiet periods and maintain the Clean Core mandate.

Responsibilities

• Global Release Calendar: Own and publish the global SAP Release Calendar, establishing the operational cadence for major upgrades, minor enhancements, and emergency break/fix transports.
• Transport Sequencing: Sequence and bundle transports across the SAP S/4HANA landscape and peripheral systems to actively prevent technical collisions and dependency failures.
• Business Alignment: Partner with business leaders and change managers to schedule deployment windows during operational quiet periods and avoid month-end/quarter-end closes.
• CAB Leadership: Chair the SAP Change Advisory Board meetings, ensure changes pass QA testing, UAT, and security reviews before production release.
• Deployment Protocols: Enforce SAP Change Request Management or SAP Cloud ALM deployment frameworks.
• Veto Authority: Halt or veto releases that risk system stability or violate the Clean Core mandate.
• Cutover Management: Architect detailed cutover plans and coordinate post-deployment Hypercare to address defects.
