Job summary

Amazon is seeking a seasoned product and program manager to lead SAP S/4HANA ERP delivery. You will drive end-to-end programs, design fit-to-standard configurations, and own the integrated delivery plan across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and IT.

You will manage the system-integrator relationships, define KPIs and SLAs, lead data migration, testing, training, and cutover readiness, and present status to leadership to ensure the business is ready to transact on S/4HANA.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical product or program management.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• 8+ years of experience building/running Enterprise Resource Planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA implementation programs.
• Coordinate across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, IT, and external system integrators.
• Manage system-integrator and vendor relationships, deliverables, milestones, and quality.
• Own the integrated master schedule, RAID logs, status narratives, and business reviews.
• Drive requirements and fit-to-standard design decisions to closure.
• Plan and lead data migration, testing, training, and cutover/go-live readiness.
