Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation programs. You will coordinate finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and IT with external system integrators, driving milestones and governance.

The role demands 8+ years in program management for ERP systems, strong cross-functional leadership, and a track record of delivering complex enterprise deployments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams.
• 8+ years of experience building ERP systems.
• 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
• Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of programs for our SAP S/4HANA implementation, managing schedule, scope, dependencies and risks.
• Coordinate across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, IT and external system integrators under an integrated delivery plan.
• Manage system-integrator and vendor relationships, including SOWs, milestones and quality.
• Own the integrated master schedule, RAID logs, status narratives and business reviews.
• Drive requirements and fit-to-standard design decisions to closure and escalation when needed.
• Plan and lead data migration, testing, training and cutover/go-live readiness.
