Job summary

Prysmian Group, a world leader in energy and telecom cable systems, seeks a Supply Chain Master Planner to own end-to-end planning and execution. You will coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Customer Care, Sales and Distribution to optimize capacity, inventory and on-time delivery, while serving as SAP Planning Super User.

The role requires 3-5 years in planning or related field, strong SAP skills, and a data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3-5 years in production planning, supply chain, warehousing, or related field.
• Experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP; advanced SAP planning and master data skills.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving abilities; ability to think strategically.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in cable manufacturing, telecommunications, or fiber-optic environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, convert, manage, and close planned and production orders in SAP, including documentation and special requirements.
• Develop and maintain an executable master production schedule aligned with capacity and material availability.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to schedule, modify, and optimize orders and deliveries.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and execute root-cause analysis on discrepancies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Kaizen and value stream methods.
