Job summary

Komatsu is seeking a skilled SAP Business Analyst to support the development, integration, and optimization of our SAP landscape. This role serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and SAP technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and drive value.

You will gather requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and collaborate across IT, vendors, and business units to design and implement SAP solutions, including upgrades, integrations, and production

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or related field.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP ERP functional experience in SD/MM.
Experience integrating SAP with third-party systems (APIs, Azure, SAP Cloud Integration, Sterling).
Proven experience in SAP projects, upgrades, enhancements and full lifecycle implementations.
Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills across time zones.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary liaison between business stakeholders and SAP technical teams.
Gather, analyze, and document requirements to align with goals.
Translate business needs into functional specs and workflows for tech teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions.
Perform gap analyses, cost-benefit studies, and risk evaluations for SAP solutions.
Coordinate UAT with test scenarios and defect tracking.
Manage SAP initiatives including upgrades, integrations, and production support.
Prioritize regional requirements within the SAP roadmap.
Ensure documentation, training, and post-implementation support.
