Job summary

Komatsu seeks an SAP FI/CO Business Analyst to translate financial requirements into SAP configurations and BRD documentation. You will configure the FICO package, collaborate with stakeholders, and develop testing strategies to ensure seamless deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, information science or accounting field.
• 2-5 years of experience as SAP FI/CO business analyst or related role.
• Expert in SAP ECC; SAP S/4 HANA, basic knowledge of other modules of SAP preferred for cross functional delivery.
• Previous experience planning and executing large projects.
• Must be able to communicate with all levels of the organization including the ability to explain technical processes and concepts to non-technical user groups.

Responsibilities

• Translate finance business requirements into detailed functional specifications for SAP FICO, considering risks and cross-functional impacts.
• Configure and implement the SAP FICO module (AR, AP, Costing, GL, FA, etc.).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into SAP system requirements.
• Prepare BRD and maintain documentation of SAP FICO configurations and procedures.
• Debug and troubleshoot SAP FICO issues and implement testing strategies.
