You will design scalable Salesforce solutions, mentor teams, and partner with stakeholders to align technology with business goals, security, and best practices. This role requires deep Salesforce expertise and a track record of enterprise-scale deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in CS/IT or related field; master's preferred.
• 10+ years IT with 7+ years Salesforce architecture/development.
• Proven track record designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions.
• Proficiency with Salesforce platforms and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and vision for Salesforce initiatives aligned with IT and business strategies.
• Lead design sessions and document technical solutions; identify gaps between current and desired end states.
• Oversee large-scale Salesforce initiatives from concept to delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into technical designs.
• Develop architectures for Salesforce implementations including integrations with other systems.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and security in Salesforce deployments.
• Communicate architectural decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
