Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and collaborate with sales personnel as needed.
• Maintain customer and product information accuracy.
• Perform inventory management of Industrial Gases and Hardgoods via phone.
• Provide support for ongoing customers by answering questions and tracing order status or shipments.
• Prepare analysis, agendas, materials, and follow-up documentation to assist sales teams in exploring client needs.
• Identify and resolve straightforward customer problems and ensure timely follow-up to close the loop.
