• Perform inventory management of Industrial Gases and Hardgoods via phone
• You will need to provide support for ongoing customers by answeringquestions, tracing order status or product shipments, and resolvingproblems
• And you will prepare analysis, agendas, content, materials, and follow-up documentationto assist sales teams in exploring client needs during the sales process
• Solve a range of straightforward problems and deliver solutions in a timelymanner
  Communicate clearly and follow up to close the loop on open customer needs
