Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. in Allentown, PA is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to help our sales team build strong customer relationships and resolve inquiries. You will support order status, data accuracy, and collaboration with internal teams to meet customer needs.

You will manage order status, coordinate with customers and internal teams, and ensure data integrity while supporting inventory and sales processes in a dynamic hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior sales support experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, leadership, multitasking, and communication skills; keen attention to detail.

• Identify and resolve straightforward customer problems and ensure timely follow-up to close the loop.
